Script try out and Inspirations

This is a first attempt of a script, it's just to get an idea of characters talking to each other would be like

 Things will change as time goes on.

One of the inspirations for this film is the works of Cosgrove Hall Films (named after Brain Cosgrove and Mark Hall) there sense of characters and humour are unique to there animation such as Count Duckula Victor and Hugo Bunglers in Crime and Dangermouse. 

Particularly Dangermouse & Penfold the way they react off each other one is older, calmer & in control while the other is younger, timid & easily startled.

This is an example of one episode which features them both in the dark with only their eyes showing.

Eye's Film project

Welcome to the first entry in my own blog.  This blog is about my final year project for computer animation.  I will enter in here my work as it progress'.  

My animation will be about two friends stuck in a forest in the middle of the night and the bickering and bantering between them that takes place as they try to find a way out.

Most of the scenes are set in the dark and all that can be seen is the expressions in their eyes.  These expressions accompanied by dialogue will tell the story.

The research I have done so far has involved different ways of drawing expressions and watching animations which have used this technique.
